"I cannot say enough good things about international video tape copy. I brought them a cassette that had an interview my dad did with me when I was 3 years old. I had tried on my own to convert it to use for my wedding but was unsuccessful. Rima was able to restore it and went above and beyond to get it to me on time and even cut the audio to the exact part I wanted to use to make it easier for me. It is so special for me to have this audio for my special day and to gift to my dad after. I will be a forever customer!"

"We are so grateful we came across this family-owned business to digitalize our old video tapes. Not only do they have vintage video equipment, but also sophisticated audit/video converters. They pride themselves for good customer service and reasonable prices to preserve memories. Their customer service is phenomenal. They serve with heart, and we feel valued as customers. They offer bulk discounts when you convert more tapes. If you choose the USB option, they offer complimentary DVDs. If your tapes need further repairs, they will call you in advance to discuss with you what to expect and options available. They won't charge you extra unless you give them consent for further work. We had some old tapes from Hong Kong, which were not in the best conditions. They were able to help us repair the best they can to preserve our memories. The video quality is outstanding and 5-star rating is an understatement, as they deserve much more! Mrs. Rima is humble, kind and professional. She truly cares for the customers.
