"I worked extensively with this company and specifically with Rima (one of the owners) for several months on a video for my wife's 50th birthday party. I cannot begin to explain what a pleasure this family was to work with and what a professional job they did. It was really hard to trust our family photos and videos with anyone, let alone total strangers, but WOW was our trust earned and rewarded. The job that Rima did was absolutely amazing, terrific, beautiful and professional. She delivered on all of her promises and made a family heirloom that we will treasure for the rest of our lives. I can't tell you how many tears I shed watching this wonderful video. The quality and creativity were excellent and I left feeling like I had new members of my family. On price, if I'm being honest - I feel like they didn't charge enough. I know that's completely odd for someone to say but for what they produced, they probably should have charged more. It was a great value from my perspective and my experience in working with them could NOT have been better. I never post my opinions about anything online because I am a very private person but I felt compelled to say something about how well I was treated at IVTC. This is a company that you can trust to take care of your most precious moments and know that they will deliver as promised and for a reasonable price. I would never go anywhere else for my video/photo needs in the future."

"Took 2 boxes full of videos to International Video Tape Copy and I am super happy with the work I have received from them! They transferred everything to digital files and stored them in my dropbox and flash drives. I was able to plug in my flash drive to my tv and watch everything! How exciting! They are very sincere and professional. Their communication skills are excellent! Rima is wonderful and I am happy I did not have to ship it these out! Highly recommend this company!"

"Fantastic and professional service! Talk to Rima! Rima is a smart, honest, and beautiful girl inside and out! She was able to salvage our flooded tapes and transfer all of them to files. I was devastated. I couldn’t believe that they fixed everything. And the quality, I mean it came out like nothing ever flooded, just perfect! I thought for sure we lost everything but I’m so glad I called them. They are a wonderful and kind people and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend them. It’s hard to find honest people these days."

"Thank you for a great job! It was about time to get all our family videos transferred to files. We had about 77 videos. I was so worried shipping out my family videos but Rima and her team did a great job. They took care of everything and transferred everything to digital files. They are organized, professional, and communicated with us through the entire process. Highly recommend them! Thanks again!"
