"Rema and I immediately connected after sharing my reasons for needing their assistance. My child was experiencing a crisis and wanted to hear her deceased father's voice as a form of comfort. I needed two VHS's copied to DVD.
Rema not only processed my request quickly and with high quality, she repaired one of the VHS's which had been spliced free of charge. That particular interview from 1986 was one that had predated our meeting and was quite surreal to have watched a video we had never seen. My daughter and family were greatly blessed by Remas great work and compassion. I will definitely return."

"Amazing service, they carefully saved my 30 year VHS tapes featuring many important events from my youth that I can now share with my family (that no longer owns VCRs)
I’ve already spent countless hours reliving the late 80’s and 90’s

"This is a great place I found in a time of need after losing my parents. They took my old VHS tapes and made my memories comeback to life. Really helps through my hardship. Very sweet and polite staff both times I was there"

"I had an amazing experience here. Needed 4 cassettes made digital. They made tracks of each song and made it available for me to download. The quality is spot on. I would give 5 stars on customer service only if I'm being honest. Very friendly staff.
