"Saved My Parents' Wedding Memories!__I was devastated when another company told me my parents' wedding video VHS tape was beyond repair due to mold. They returned it saying there was nothing they could do. I had pretty much given up hope until I came across International Video Tape Copy. Rima, the owner, was amazing from the very beginning. She offered to take a look at the tape despite others labeling it a lost cause.__Rima’s customer service was exceptional—she kept me updated every step of the way. "I cannot say enough good things about international video tape copy. I brought them a cassette that had an interview my dad did with me when I was 3 years old. I had tried on my own to convert it to use for my wedding but was unsuccessful. Rima was able to restore it and went above and beyond to get it to me on time and even cut the audio to the exact part I wanted to use to make it easier for me. It is so special for me to have this audio for my special day and to gift to my dad after. I will be a forever customer!"
