"Excellent customer service! Rima was very helpful and knowledgable about a lot of technical things I don't know about. They are a very nice family and professional. I transferred all my old 8mm and 16mm film to digital formats at this place and they were able to salvage all the footage. It was amazing. My whole family loved it and now they want copies of all the footage of USB's! I will be coming back! Thank you!"

"These people are awesome! Very personable and sincere. Excellent customer service. I transferred all my old film, VHS tapes and MiniDVs to file formats and they could not have done a better job. I had sent a few in the mail to another company to test and they ruined my tapes especially the birth of my son. I can not get them back anymore and I'm very sad about that. If these are valuable to you, please do not send them in the mail. They will not care about your special memories they way a family owned business would. Thank you!"

"I worked extensively with this company and specifically with Rima (one of the owners) for several months on a video for my wife's 50th birthday party. I cannot begin to explain what a pleasure this family was to work with and what a professional job they did. It was really hard to trust our family photos and videos with anyone, let alone total strangers, but WOW was our trust earned and rewarded. The job that Rima did was absolutely amazing, terrific, beautiful and professional. She delivered on all of her promises and made a family heirloom that we will treasure for the rest of our lives. I can't tell you how many tears I shed watching this wonderful video. The quality and creativity were excellent and I left feeling like I had new members of my family. On price, if I'm being honest - I feel like they didn't charge enough. I know that's completely odd for someone to say but for what they produced, they probably should have charged more. It was a great value from my perspective and my experience in working with them could NOT have been better. I never post my opinions about anything online because I am a very private person but I felt compelled to say something about how well I was treated at IVTC. This is a company that you can trust to take care of your most precious moments and know that they will deliver as promised and for a reasonable price. I would never go anywhere else for my video/photo needs in the future."
